Shipping Information
Orders placed on www.dolfinswimwear.com are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Website Use. Orders of stock merchandise, without any additional embellishment normally take two business days to leave our distribution warehouse, but may take longer on items with high customer demand, during physical inventory, holidays, or periods of inclement weather, and/or when payment method is declined. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Reading, Pennsylvania and are sent Standard Shipping (delivered in 3-5 business days once shipped) unless otherwise specified. Orders that include stock styles and customized styles (either stock with added embellishment or sublimation) will not be processed or shipped together. Stock items will be shipped within two business days while your customized items will ship once complete.
Please note that the number of days referenced for shipping refer to business days and do not include weekends. For example, an order shipped Thursday afternoon by Standard Plus 3-Day Shipping would be expected to be received by Tuesday of the following week. Dolfin Offices will be closed in observance of the below holidays:
